Get Well Urgent Care of Roseville

Usually I don't come here, because I never feel fully listened to, but today I really needed a chest x-ray done. The Dr was very thorough and nice. She listened to me did a chest x-ray and it was found I have pneumonia. She promptly gave me a breathing treatment, a shot of antibiotics, and prescribed me a heavier duty steroid on top of an inhaler, and cough syrup. She did not mess around knowing I'm on an immunosuppressant. I'm hoping all of this and my continued antibiotics I'll feel better ASAP. Definitely a good experience today. Thank you.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility! The staff was awful, we got shoved into a room that was labeled “Triage”, where two women, without any introduction abruptly barked at my daughter to get on the scale for a weight, practically shoved her into a chair by the bp machine, then swabbed her throat like she was angry about something else and was taking it out on my daughter! We waited over an hour to be seen, and when the PA came in to see us, she had gloves on from her previous patient and didn’t change them or even wash her hands before examining my daughter. I will never go back, and would suggest you think twice before going there yourself. It was generally dirty, but there were used tissues on the exam room floor!

I had paperwork that I needed filled out for leave from work; and I had dropped it off at the urgent care with the staff THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND FAXED IT and they STILL never filled it out/contacted me to tell me anything was wrong/it needed attention. This place is just in over its head. The staff is rude and negligent. We went there because we knew the Covid tests come in quick. I now know other urgent care facilities where I can get way better care and the Covid tests come in quick and will be frequenting them if I need them instead.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years and so have my children. Always there we never turned away, always understanding. Even It was a minor issue that we thought was bigger. Staff is personally/medically best of the best . Fully equipped to do with any and everything. We have ibeen there over the last 10 years. Do not hesitate, if you need to make a visit, . You are very good hands

Let me start off by saying this place isn’t the cleanliest if that’s what you’re looking for. Although that isn’t their fault as they are SO busy. BUT if you’re looking for nice staff, short waits, and a Dr. straight to the point this is the place. Went in this evening (I wish I would of gotten the names of the front desk and assistant/nursing staff). The woman at the front desk (curly hair) deals with A LOT but handles it all so well. The assistant/nurse (taller woman) just seemed to genuinely care. She knew exactly what it was the second she looked. The Dr. let me have my panic attack over a sore throat and consoled me.
